ROSE & CROWN

CLAPHAM, LONDON

The Rose and Crown pub has stood here since circa the 19th century. Planning approval achieved to bring it into the 21st century while retaining the all-important façade and character, allowing the pub to continue trading for another 100 years.

Reinstatement and restoration of Grove Lodge, a fire gutted grade 2 listed early Victorian, gothic style villa in South Woodford as part of a Waitrose development.
