Located in the heart of Clapham, south London, the Rose and Crown pub has stood here since circa the 19th century. The scheme achieved planning following an extensive public consultation and working collaboratively with the adjoining residents and the planning department.

The scheme retains the façade and forms a new single storey ground floor rear extension to form new toilet area, small side infill to the upper floor to enlarge the kitchen area, new restaurant seating area at 1st floor, replacement main roof and full internal refurbishment & floors with new disabled access and new replacement windows to the rear elevation.
