ALDI DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
NESTON, LIVERPOOL

The Distribution Centre and the Regional Offices at Neston have been constructed in good quality facing brickwork, with the latter having a finer degree of detailing to reflect its smaller and more intimate scale. The visual impact of the development has been mitigated by making use of positive ground modelling around the site perimeter, together with extensive structured planting. The building forms part of the landscape and has been set within a landscaped parkland environment.

BUILDER DEPOT
NEW SOUTHGATE, LONDON

The development consists of a 12 metre high B2/B8 new build warehouse and office facilities with an internal area of 5500sq m/ 59000 sq ft for Builder Depot Ltd. The site is on land formerly used as a waste management site. The south west boundary of the site is adjacent to the main East Coast railway line, and the south east end of the site is above the A406 North Circular Road

ACCESS SELF STORAGE
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD

Access Self Storage sought to develop a storage facility on the site of the old Express Dairy Depot for the purposes of servicing the immediate vicinity, and south of Hemel Hempstead. The commercial viability and progressive nature of the community has allowed this disused site to become useful once again, and Access have seized the opportunity to provide a much needed service to a modern “space” conscious lifestyle. For the venture to be financially viable the client needed to achieve approximately 100,000 sq. feet of gross internal floor area.
