RGP were appointed by Viridian Housing to obtain planning permission on a strip of disused land near Clapton in Hackney, for development comprising 12 flats and 3 maisonettes.

The scheme comprised of 29 one, two, three and four bedroom affordable shared ownership and subsidised rent apartments set over five floors.

Off-site manufactured affordable housing scheme comprising 33 flats, 7 town houses and together with 270 sqm of workshops, built on former brownfield site in the heart of Hackney.

Housing development scheme designed as part of a two stage competition by Newham Borough Council (NBC). The vision is to create a sustainable residential development that acts as an exemplar scheme by attaining Code 5 under the Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) criteria.

Conversion of existing unused farmland into new high end large residential family houses. The scheme features traditional designed farmhouses matching the surroundings but with small niche touches to differentiate the houses, whereas the core and structure will be formed in offsite formed timber framing, to reduce site waste and improve delivery time of the scheme.
