Office conversion completed in partnership with Willmott Dixon Interiors. In total the works provide 79 new hotel bedrooms, circa 3,173 sqm hotel floorspace and 2,972 sqm office floorspace with no change to ground floor retail use.
Mixed-use development comprising a Travelodge hotel and Halfords on the ground floor.
