Reinstatement and restoration of a fire gutted grade 2 listed early Victorian, gothic style villa in South Woodford. The building had been engulfed by adjacent commercial development over a number of years and had fallen into a state of dereliction following a fire.

The building was saved from demolition, made safe and substantially repaired and restored to form part of a new development by Waitrose.
