Two new restaurant units were developed on land adjacent to Starbucks and Borehamwood Shopping Park and are currently let to Mod Pizza and Prezzo. The design of the new units takes visual cues from the refurbished shopping park and adjoining Starbucks with full height glazing, signage and feature canopies.

The re-designed public realm and improved public footpaths encourages pedestrian movement between the high street and the main shopping park and with the contemporary design of the frontages this new development provides a vibrant addition to this prominent high street location.
