The development is designed to BREEAM Very Good and incorporates sustainable urban drainage systems, photo voltaic roof array, air source heat pump, EV charging for cars, bicycles & vans with the provision for future charging of 100% of vehicles on site.  
The tenant, eXmoor Pharma Concepts Ltd., is a leading technical and strategic consultancy specialising in cell and gene therapies (ATMPs) and biopharmaceuticals. The original industrial footprint was altered to incorporate the specialist tenant requirements to enable high tech offices, laboratories and GMP manufacturing. Converting a modern industrial unit into a specialist Biotech facility.
