Priestley Road, Guildford

Works are nearing completion at the Priestley Building, Guildford. An extensive ‘Life Science’ refurbishment project for British Land on an existing two storey office building with a total area of approximately 90,000sq.ft. Practical Completion is due in July this year with the tenant taking occupation of the ground floor and part first floor to commence their 32 week fitting out programme.
