Overlooking the city of Doncaster, RGP is set to make its mark on the historic skyline. Located a stone’s throw away from the city centre, Bridge House, is designed to be a new retail and residential destination. Formed of two separate structures, One eight-story building and its smaller counterpart will occupy a prominent location and provides over 45 new residential units alongside over 3,000ft² of lettable retail space. Our design draws upon the rich industrial nature of the area sourcing inspiration from local materials. Simultaneously, setting the building in its environment whilst, forming a unique visual identity that will establish the building as a local landmark and act as a new gateway from the north.
